How we handle your travel enquiry.

Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, we request your name, contact mobile number, email address, preferred service or tour/vehicle, tentative travel date and requirements. The enquiry is recorded in our business Google Sheet and confirmation emails may be sent to you and our travel team.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond, prepare quotes, arrange follow-ups and manage your travel enquiry. The form is not a booking confirmation and does not collect card details, passwords or payment information.

Who can access it

The business team managing enquiries can access enquiry records. Processing relies on our website hosting and Google's email and spreadsheet services. Please do not enter sensitive identity or payment details in a message.

Contact & correction

To request a correction or deletion of your enquiry contact information, write to suhanasafartravel@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
